Bernard Dunne (ex-Irish professional boxer) and The Daily Show camera crew were down in Waterford to shoot a rallying piece with Craig Breen last Monday the 28th of February. The footage was filmed in the Clondonnell Forest Complex near Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
The former Super Bantamweight World Champion was introduced to rallying in a baptism of fire among the trees in Craig’s Keltech Fiesta S2000.
The insert will be airing this afternoon on the RTE 1, “The Daily Show” from 4.50pm – 5.40pm. Bernard’s knockout punch from Craig will be the first item on the show at 4.50pm. Craig will be back to serious action on Saturday when he competes in the Carrick on Suir based, Wm. Loughman Forestry Rally. This will be the Irish drivers last warm up event before heading to Portugal at the end of the month for the first round of the FIA WRC Academy.
