Yesterday’s Shakedown results from the WRC Rally Argentina saw Sebastien Ogier top the charts after the 6.23km-long stage in his Citroën DS3 WRC (Citroën Total World Rally Team). Peter Solberg (Citroën DS3 WRC) was third quickest, behind Sebastien Loeb (Citroën DS3 WRC) and ahead of the M-Sport Stobart Ford Fiesta RS WRC of Mads Ostberg.
Setting the tone for the remainder of the weekend, it seems the Ford Fiesta RS WRC crews will need to work extra hard and display otherworldly driving skills to keep apace with their rivals from Citroën, but the talents of Jari-Matti Latvala and Mikko Hirvonen should never be underestimated. Roll on, WRC Rally Argentina!
