Autohebdo reports that Sébastien Loeb is set to make a grand return to the French Rally Championship. Three years after his last appearance at the 2021 Rallye Mont-Blanc Morzine, where he teamed up with Daniel Elena in the Peugeot 306 Maxi, the nine-time world champion will once again tackle the Alpine event.
This time, however, Loeb won’t be driving the 306 Maxi or accompanied by Elena. Instead, he will be competing with his partner and co-driver, Laurène Godey, with whom he recently claimed victories at the 2023 Rallye des Açores and the Grands Fonds in Guadeloupe.

At the Rallye Mont-Blanc Morzine, scheduled for September 5-7, Loeb will get behind the wheel of the Alpine A110 Rallye GT+, a car he recently tested in its previous RGT version.
“I’ve marked my back-to-school date: the Rallye Mont-Blanc,” he shared excitedly on his social media. “Thanks to Ludovic Godard, Laurène and I will have the chance to experience the Alpine A110 GT+ in the French Rally Championship, competing against some fierce rivals. After testing the RGT version this weekend to get a feel for it, I can’t wait to drive its bigger sister soon. Stay tuned.”
