If Sébastien Ogier, winner for the tenth time on the iconic Rallye Monte-Carlo, alongside his co-driver Vincent Landais, is the figurehead of the French contingent, many young French drivers and co-drivers have also lived up to the hopes placed in them.
A French success signed by the Yacco FFSA Youth Rally
Among the competitors who left their mark on this 93rd Rallye Monte-Carlo, many of them came from the detection operation created in 1994 by the French Automobile Sports Federation, Rallye Jeunes Yacco FFSA:
Sébastien Ogier (co-driven by Vincent Landais), eight-time World Rally Champion (WRC) and winner of the 2025 Rallye Monte-Carlo this Sunday, won Rallye Jeunes Yacco FFSA in 2005 before joining the FFSA Rallye France Team for several years.
Adrien Fourmaux (co-driven by Alexandre Coria), the new official Hyundai Motorsport driver, third in the 2025 Rallye Monte-Carlo, is also a product of the FFSA excellence sector. Winner in 2016 of the Rallye Jeunes Yacco FFSA operation, he was also part of the Équipe de France collective for several seasons.
Yohan Rossel (co-driven by Arnaud Dunand), victorious for the third consecutive year on the legendary Rallye Monte-Carlo in WRC2, also launched his career by winning the Rallye Jeunes Yacco FFSA operation in 2013. He then continued his progression to the highest level within the FFSA Rallye France Team.
Éric Camilli (co-driven by Thibault de la Haye), second in WRC2, won the Yacco FFSA Youth Rally in 2012. He also went through the FFSA Rallye France Team.
Arnaud Dunand, three-time winner of the Rallye Monte-Carlo with Yohan Rossel, won the Rallye Jeunes Yacco FFSA Copilote in 2019.
Julien Saunier (co-driven by Frédéric Vauclare), a clear winner of the RC5 category with a lead of almost five minutes and third in the two-wheel drive classification, also won the Rallye Jeunes Yacco FFSA event in 2003.

A promising start for the 2025 French FFSA rally team
For their first Rallye Monte-Carlo and their first participation in a World Championship event, the crews of the FFSA Rallye 2025 French Team made their mark in the WRC2 category:
– Léo Rossel and Guillaume Mercoiret took 3rd place and even won in WRC2 Challenger
– Pablo Sarrazin and Geoffrey Combe finished 6th
– Sarah Rumeau and Julie Amblard placed 9th
