Patrik Sandell has confirmed his participation in this year’s Rally Sweden like he did last year in a Skoda Fabia Super 2000, backed by Red Bull.
Sandell and his co-driver Emil Axelsson won the silver medal in the Super 2000 World Rally Championship together with Skoda and Red Bull. A cooperation that continues.
“Rally Sweden is confirmed and we are negotiating right now for the rest of the season,” said Sandell. “This rally is always one of the highlights and I’m really looking forward to it.”
Skoda Sweden’s press officer Henrik Svensson is pleased that entry to the rally is completed: “I’m looking forward to a new season with the Fabia and with Patrik behind the wheel. And to kick it off with a real winter rally is everything we could wish for.”
February 10th to 13th are the dates for Rally Sweden, with Karlstad as the rally center.
