Bryan Bouffier (Peugeot) has stormed through the first of the four night stages to wrap-up the IRC Monte Carlo Rally 2011. He has a commanding lead of over 48sec over the rest of the field, but the reigning French Rally Champion is looking supremely confident in his Peugeot 207 S2000.

Freddy Loix (Skoda) has moved up to second place, demoting Francois Delecour (Peugeot). Stephane Sarrazin (Peugeot) has also leapfrogged Guy Wilks (Peugeot), setting up an intense battle for the remainder of the evening loop.
