Past and present Formula One stars, rally legends, motorcycle greats and NASCAR racers going head-to-head to become Champion of Champions – it could only be The Race of Champions!

In 2010, the star-studded motorsport festival headed to Germany with its stunning line-up of competitors ready to do battle on the purpose-built, tight and twisting circuit inside the Esprit Arena, Dusseldorf.

For the thousands of fans who packed the arena, this was an amazing chance to see many of the biggest names in motorsport testing their skills against each other – and the track – in a variety of high-speed, ultra-powerful racing machines.

Now, fans can share the excitement with the official review of The Race of Champions 2010, new on DVD from Duke.

The event saw 16 of motorsport’s legends and hot young talents going flat out, side-by-side, first for the ROC Nations Cup and then battling for the title ROC Champion of Champions.

Among the disciplines represented were F1, World Rally, Touring Car, NASCAR, Le Mans and motorcycle Grand Prix racing.

The driver line-up was like a who’s who of motorsport: Michael Schumacher, Sebastian Vettel, Alain Prost, Sebastien Loeb, Mick Doohan, Tanner Foust, Heikki Kovalainen, Tom Kristensen, Andy Priaulx, Jason Plato, Travis Pastrana, Carl Edwards, Alvaro Parente, Filipe Albuquerque, Jeroen Bleekemolen and Betrand Baguette.

The official review allows viewers to relive highlights from both tension-packed competitions, with the best action footage, plenty of on-board camerawork, interviews with the stars and informed commentary guiding through every stage to the dramatic finals.

It isn’t just the drivers who are the stars – the variety of cars ensure some real fireworks. Alongside the ROC favourites the ROC Car, KTM X-Bow, VW Scirocco Cup, RX 150 and Solution F, 2010 saw the debut of the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup, Audi R8 LMS and V8-powered FJ Race Car – adding even more power and noise to the exhilarating racing.

The review includes all the action from the amazing ROC Nations Cup, an eight-way battle which led to old rivals Great Britain and Germany facing off in the final, then the viewer had better move to the edge of their seat for The Race of Champions, an incident-packed fight for the title Champion of Champions – a title which would be decided between a multiple ROC winner and a rookie by just
0.1827 seconds!

There’s also a chance to share the atmosphere, including a demonstration by the Formula One World Championship-winning Red Bull RB6 and the mouthwatering Michelin Supercar Show.
