Former Suzuki WRC driver Toni Gardemeister has been in the entry list of Mad-Croc Rally Estonia for couple of weeks.
Now he has confirmed the car in which he and co-driver Tapio Suominen will start in Mad-Croc Rally Estonia – Ford Fiesta S2000. At first Gardemeister planned to drive his own BMW but when he got a chance to drive Fiesta S2000 in Neste Oil Rally Finland, it was clear, that his car in Rally Estonia will be Fiesta S2000.
Toni Gardemeister: “Mad-Croc Rally Estonia is a perfect test for me for WRC Rally Finland as there are 180kms of special stages to be driven and the stages in South-Estonia are very similar to stages in Finland. But even if we are looking for a perfect set-up for Finland, we aim for the Group N victory in Mad-Croc Rally Estonia.”
Mad-Croc Rally Estonia is held on South-Estonian roads on 16-18th of July. It is the third round of Estonian Rally Championships and the only Estonian race that is in the FIA calender. Check for additional information daily: www.rallyestonia.ee
