‘WRC the game’, the official videogame of the 2010 FIA World Rally Championship, has gone on sale today in formats for PlayStation3, Xbox360 and PC.
The highly anticipated game, the first to be officially endorsed by the WRC for five years, is the only one to feature the cars and drivers from the current WRC season and from all support classes: P-WRC, S-WRC and J-WRC.
The game features 78 different rally stages and more than 550km of varied road conditions from the 13 countries which host a round of the WRC.
All of the current WRC cars are there to choose from, but players can also choose from a range of Group B cars from the 1980s as part of the game’s downloadable bonus content.
Also available for the first time is the new ‘Road to the WRC’ career mode presenting the opportunity to compete for 50 different trophies. In addition, many online multiplayer game modes combine to make ‘WRC the game’ the ultimate rally gaming experience.
